Build out

We send to the store site a Build Out Supervisor who will coordinate the store build out to assure the store opens timely and according to Company specifications.
We provide all labor.

The Build Out Supervisor trains the new owner(s) reguarding all matters of the physical store such as stocking, cleanliness, cash register usage and completion of all forms.

We stay at the store through opening to assure our new owner(s) are comfortable in their new role as business owner(s).  

Equipment

We create a trendy, fashionable, upscale look designed to appeal to your customer. Your stereo system, playing music geared towards your targeted demographic groups, adds additional ambiance as do colorful posters of professional models displaying the "look" with which your customers identify.
The store and the store fixtures have been specifically designed to present a higher perceived value for the merchandise. The walls are lined with upscale slat board on all perimeter walls, maximizing your available display footage. The cash counter and checkout area provide impulse displays creating additional high-profit sales. Glass showcases highlight the highest valued merchandise.
The upscale appearance, signage, and presentation will enhance the shopping experience for your customers. The regular addition of new merchandise will drive customers to return regularly and bring friends with them.
Also included in your package are all the interior signs and an allowance to be credited towards your exterior signage.
